Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-volume seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. GOGS is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gogs.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you with a claim.

International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
